This is an unframed picture. It is either bespoke 22x22cm (buy frames at easy-frame.co.uk) or 30x40cm (standard size so you can buy a frame on the high street in shops like Habitat, John Lewis or Ikea. I recommend Deseino for buying a frame online)

I consider the environment when producing my pictures. All my packaging is made of paper. It is easily recycled and some has been recycled already. If there is any plastic in your packaging it is being reused.
